Were looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow Regional Australia Bank across communities throughout the North West region.

However you dont necessarily need BDM on your resume.

Maybe youve worked in banking. Maybe youve built strong networks in agribusiness real estate retail hospitality professional services local government or another customer-focused industry. If youre commercially minded relationship-driven and enjoy getting out and meeting people wed love to hear from you.

The opportunity

This isnt a desk job.

One day youll be meeting local business owners the next youll be attending a community event networking breakfast or field day. Youll be building relationships identifying opportunities and connecting people with the right banking solutions.

Youll be the face of Regional Australia Bank in the community and play a key role in helping us grow while staying true to our customer-owned values.

What youll be doing

Building meaningful relationships across your region

Generating new business opportunities and growing referral networks

Representing the Bank at community and industry events

Working closely with lending and branch teams to convert opportunities into outcomes

Developing partnerships that create long-term value for customers and communities

Managing your pipeline and keeping opportunities moving

About you

Were more interested in your ability to build relationships than your job title.

Youll likely bring:

  • Experience in sales business development banking customer relationship management account management or community engagement
  • A proven ability to create opportunities and influence outcomes
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
