Working within Company quality health & safety and environmental procedures
Daily checks on the vehicles
Safe loading/unloading vehicles/coupling up trailers.
Delivering and collecting company equipment to and from all areas of the UK.
Completing all necessary worksheets and hire documentation.
General parts collections from suppliers when necessary.
Keeping tachograph and other legal requirements involved with modern day driving on UK roads and highways.
Providing 24/7 driver cover as required in line with driving hours legalities.
When not carrying out driving duties:
Keeping the company data base Protean system up to date.
General maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
Workshop duties as required
