Transport Compliance Trainer

The role

As a Transport Compliance Systems and Process Trainer you will ensure our operations remain safe and efficient across our network. Youll take on the responsibility of delivering hands-on training that helps the team master the systems required to keep NEXT moving. By building colleague competency and upholding high legal standards you will directly impact our ability to evolve and deliver for our customers.

What youll take on

Youll be responsible for delivering training to our Transport teams across a variety areas

• Operational trainingincluding driver dispatch debriefing and tachograph data management
• Leadpractical yard-based vehicle check training to ensure our fleet meets all regulatory and safety standards.
• Support the onboarding journey by delivering engaging site tours yard training and general inductions for everyone joining the team.
• Systems training including Tacho Continuum TMS and Paragon.
• Collaborate with the Transport Quality and Compliance Managers to review create and implement new ways of working across the network.
• Ensure all office colleaguesare up to date with essential trainingincluding manual handling and risk assessments and organise transport training courses

What youll bring

With 3 to 5 years of Transport Operations you will be familiar with Transport Compliance (CPC) and with transport related systems such as Tachomaster Microlise and Licence checks. You will also be a confident communicator who has experience designing and delivering training.
