What will be your key responsibilities
Analytical support for Total Rewards including variable pay planning merit pay offers market analysis governance materials and senior leadership presentations
Partnering with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to improve reporting identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities
Improving consistency scalability and efficiency of reward processes while building dedicated reward analytics capability
