Test Lead E2

We are looking for a proactive high-performing driven Test Lead to join our Digital team. Our teams play a key role in ensuring the quality reliability and resilience of customer-facing digital solutions. This role is responsible for driving effective testing practices across the software delivery lifecycle ensuring quality is built into products from the earliest stages of development through to production release.

What youll be doing

About you

As a minimum requirement youll have:

• Experience in testing within Banking/financial services or other complex regulated environments
• Adept in testing web mobile and API-based applications
• Excellent understanding of integration testing API testing service virtualisation and validation of complex data and system flows
• Deep understanding of software testing principles lifecycles and modern quality engineering practices
• Experience implementing automation-first testing strategies within Agile delivery environments
• Good understanding of Github Actions CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering tooling
• Good knowledge of Banking products customer journeys operational processes and associated regulatory considerations
• Ability to mentor and support testers while promoting quality engineering best practices across teams
• Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers product teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Hands on experience in building and maintaining automation test frameworks using tools such as Playwright and RestSharp
