Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling.
• Follow up enquiries and convert leads into qualified appointments.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Support the sales team in securing new contracts.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications :

Ideal Candidate

• Previous telesales or B2B sales experience is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Hospitality catering or service sector experience would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated organised and eager to contribute to a successful sales team.
