Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Technology Consultant - use technology to solve problems that matter.
Were looking for a Technology Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how technology can solve real-world problems and can confidently bridge the gap between technical detail and business outcomes. Youll work with clients to shape technology strategies assess options develop recommendations and support the delivery of transformation programmes in complex environments.

Requirements
What were looking for
Were interested in people who bring:
Current UK Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain it.
Strong technology knowledge across one or more areas such as digital transformation cloud data software AI enterprise technology or architecture.
Consulting advisory or technology delivery experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgement.
The ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
It would be great if you also have:
Experience working in Defence Government National Security or similarly complex environments.
Strategic thinking and the ability to understand the bigger picture.
A collaborative engaging approach and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong planning and organisational skills.

Required Skills:
We are interested in people who can bring: Consulting experience within Defence Government National Security or similarly complex environments. Ability to hold or obtain UK Security Clearance. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture. It would be great if you also have: Strong planning and organisational skills. Experience leading workstreams or managing client relationships. An engaging and collaborative approach with colleagues and clients. You will need to hold or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance for this role. Note - Darter is a remote first organisation with an office in Reading and clients around England. Expect a hybrid working style with travel every week.
