Technical Support (Compliance)
Job Summary
- Deliver technical business and administrative assistance to the Compliance Team.
- Organize appointments and facilitate the execution of compliance programmes.
- Oversee compliance systems alerts and shared inboxes.
- Keep precise records certificates and compliance documentation.
- Manage inquiries from residents contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Support initiatives for data cleansing validation and quality enhancement.
- Collect analyze and manage information across various systems.
- Generate reports and performance data using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Assist in compliance-related projects and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance records are accurate current and ready for audits.
- Proficient in Excel and IT.
- Experience handling large datasets and information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in maintaining databases and management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines.

- Experience in Housing Compliance Property Services Asset Management or Local Government.

- 12-Month Contract

- Office-Based 3 Days Per Week (Increasing to 4 Days)
