Chemonics UK is seeking Technical Leads to provide strategic technical direction of large multi-country Technical Assistance Facility ensuring interventions are evidence-based technically robust and aligned with programme objectives of economic development trade investment and inclusive growth.
This is an opportunity for a senior economic development professional to shape high-impact interventions engage with FCDO teams and delivery partners and ensure technical excellence across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide overarching technical oversight and direction
Opportunity assessment and technical triage
Intervention design / ToR development in collaboration with other specialists
QA of technical deliverables in collaboration with other specialists
Support for knowledge management and learning
Engagement with FCDO posts and teams

About You
You will have substantial experience delivering economic development programmes advising governments and private sector stakeholders and working in complex international environments. Experience supporting FCDO funded programmes is highly desirable.
