Team Leader

The Team Leader will provide a positive and efficient customer experience whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location. 

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times. 
• To organise deliveries checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.
• To assist with all front of house tasks such as clearing tables working on tills and serving food and drink
• Carry out daily team briefings.
• Assist with the development of the team providing training and up-skilling where possible.
• Support management with effective cost control inclusive of labour targets.
