A secondary academy in Wisbech is seeking a motivated Computer Science Teacher to join its technology department ASAP. The successful candidate will deliver clear practical lessons and help students build confidence in programming and digital problem-solving.

• Teach Computer Science: Deliver lessons across KS3 and GCSE.

• Develop programming skills: Teach algorithms programming concepts data representation and networks.

• Support GCSE students: Prepare students for examinations and practical programming tasks.

• Use practical learning: Incorporate coding activities and problem-solving exercises.

• Maintain strong routines: Establish clear expectations in computer rooms and classrooms.

• Support enrichment: Contribute to coding clubs competitions and digital projects.

• Computer Science specialist: Has strong knowledge of the secondary curriculum.

• Qualified teacher: Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• Programming confident: Can explain coding concepts clearly to students.

• Practical classroom teacher: Uses demonstrations and structured tasks effectively.
