Lets talk about the role...
As a Tax Trainee youll be fully immersed with our experienced Tax team learning to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced engaging creative and rewarding.
Its a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. Youll be:
- Assisting the team with the preparation and review of personal tax computations including data entry and drafting self-assessment tax returns
- Supporting with the preparation and submission of P11D forms and related employer compliance tasks
- Managing client and HMRC correspondence ensuring timely and professional communication
- Providing support with general tax administration duties including maintaining accurate records and tracking key deadlines
- Assisting with accounts preparation for sole traders ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Supporting with CIS and PAYE matters excluding day-to-day payroll processing
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required to support the wider tax and accounts team
Lets talk about you and your skills
Hungry for a new challenge youll:
- Have an excellent academic background with 5 GCSEs at a minimum level 5 and above with a level 6 or above in both Maths and English and on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) Grade C or above
- Love getting to know people and cultivating long-lasting relationships
- Act like a sponge and totally enjoy learning
- Be motivated to deliver extraordinary service and will embrace our Proven Process
- Have a proactive attitude whether a task is complicated or simple big or small
