As a Systems Support & Training Advisor youll play a key role in supporting the systems and processes that help our colleagues and external contractors deliver excellent services to our customers. From system improvements to transformation projects your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for residents and stronger communities.
About the Role
Youll support the delivery of key system and transformation projects helping to ensure our systems are effective user-friendly and aligned with how we deliver services.
Working collaboratively across the organisation youll assist with system upgrades process improvements and training helping colleagues and contractors use systems confidently and effectively.

- Supporting system upgrades and transformation projects across the organisation
- Helping colleagues and contractors get the most from systems through guidance and training
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for system and process improvements
- Working with stakeholders to implement changes smoothly and effectively
- Ensuring systems support the delivery of a high-quality service to customers
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and innovation

Salary
The spot salary for the Systems Support & Training Advisor post is 34248 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If youre still developing some of the skills or experience you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
Youll bring:
- Strong numeracy and IT literacy with the ability to use operational systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience supporting system operations including incident problem change and release management
- Experience providing technical support to users and working with third-party suppliers to resolve issues and support system integration
- Excellent communication organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to develop and deliver training on systems and processes to support colleagues through change
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach to technical and operational challenges

Interviews

A role related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real-life situations. Youll be asked to complete a Congruity Questionnaire in advance.
