Support Worker

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our established supported living service on Hamble Road Swindon.

What youll be doing:

• You will be supporting a lady 2 to 1 who has learning disabilities ADHD and complex needs with various levels of independence - its challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.
• Promoting the independence of the lady you will be supporting and taking part in her chosen activities.
• May involve occasional lone working.
• Personal care required.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• Shifts will involve early mornings late nights nights and weekends.

Who you are:

• We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference to their everyday lives.
• Flexible motivated and a team player.
• Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities ADHD and complex needs is preferred but not essential.
• Must be a driver with a full manual (not provisional) driving licence.
