Our client is friendly and enjoys being active in the community particularly visits to the gym. They may experience low mood or anxiety and would benefit from encouragement reassurance and someone who can help them build confidence and independence. They are currently studying so support with organisation motivation and day-to-day activities is valuable.
What the Role Involves
Supporting community outings and activities
Administering medication
Encouraging independence and confidence
Providing structured and consistent support
This role suits someone positive adaptable and proactive who enjoys variety and making a meaningful difference in someones daily life.
About You
Experience in complex care
Comfortable travelling in the community and using public transport
Experience supporting mental health
Reliable flexible and positive in your approach
Friendly calm and encouraging personality
Passionate about making a real difference
Full specialist training is provided so previous experience supporting a family member or friend is also valued.
