Supply Chain Digital Analyst Permanent Position

Your new role

As Supply Chain Digital Analyst you will play a key role in advancing the effectiveness efficiency and digital maturity of EMLs (Eisai Manufacturing Ltd) supply chain through ownership of supply chain master data business process management analytics and systems support. The role is responsible for delivering accurate data meaningful performance insights process improvements and digital solutions that enable informed decision making optimise operational performance and support the stable supply of products to customers. Working across functional teams the role drives continuous improvement and supports EMLs digital transformation objectives.

Details of responsibilities:

• Own and maintain Supply Chain master data governance ensuring the accuracy and integrity of end to end master and operational data across Plan source Make deliver and Manage finance
• processes within ERP and supporting systems.
• Develop maintain and continuously improve digital solutions dashboards and analytics tools to provide actionable insights on inventory service planning capacity and supply chain performance.
• Leverage digital technologies automation and AI-enabled tools to improve planning accuracy increase operational efficiency and support data-driven decision making.
• Act as a key user for supply chain systems supporting system enhancements testing implementation activities and user training where required.
• Lead business process management activities including process mapping process standardisation root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes eliminate waste and improve operational performance through Lean Continuous Improvement and digital transformation methodologies.
• Assist with the review of EML capacity with Production to smooth the supply flow during periods of constraint.
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues including shortages excess inventory forecast variance and service failures
• Support monthly demand and supply review processes with analysis of planning data.
• Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and recommend actions to improve service inventory and cost performance.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across supply chain Production and leadership teams.
• Commit to Eisais hhc mission by ensuring Stable Supply of all SKUs
• Represent EML and the supply chain group through professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Undertake any other duties requested by EML to enable Eisai to achieve its strategic objectives

What are we looking for

Education

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management Business Analytics Business Operations Management Engineering Pharmacy Life Sciences or related field.

Experience

• Demonstratable experience in supply chain production planning procurement logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device healthcare or FMCG manufacturing preferred.

Technical Skills

• Master Data Management and Data Governance.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capability using Excel Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Experience of digital supply chain systems and ERP applications (SAP preferred).
• Microsoft Suite focus on Power apps / tools
• Understanding and practical application of AI-assisted tools to enhance planning analysis and operational decision making.
• Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Process mapping process optimisation Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Knowledge

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• GMP and GDP requirements.
• Supply chain planning concepts.
• Inventory control methodologies.
• Procurement and supplier management practices.
