The Role
As Studio Sales Support youll be the first point of contact for new and existing members helping grow our community by converting leads into memberships supporting member retention and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In addition to your sales support responsibilities youll coach approximately 810 classes per week helping deliver the high-energy community-driven experience that F45 is known for.
What Were Looking For
Previous sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
A passion for fitness and people
Positive proactive attitude
Strong organisation and ability to work towards KPIs
Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential. Applicants must hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to be considered for this role as coaching is a required part of the position.
What Youll Get
15 per hour (20 hours per week) for Studio Sales Support
810 coaching hours per week paid at 2532.50 per hour depending on experience and performance
Uncapped quarterly commission (OTE 4000)
