What We Offer
Salary: 23247 rising to 23734 per year (Full-time equivalent 25304 - 25835 per year)


Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time 37 hours per week Term Time Only (364 weeks per year)

What Youll Do


Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs both in and out of the classroom
You will provide tailored support through 1:1 small group and in-class interventions supporting learners with a range of needs including ASC ADHD SEMH and communication difficulties
Manage a caseload of learners supporting attendance study skills English and Maths engagement and achievement
Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support positive learner progression
Assist students in developing independence confidence and essential life skills
Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning requirements
Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure student success
Promote an inclusive safe and encouraging learning environment

What Youll Bring


Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (education care youth work SEN support or similar)

Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification
A patient empathetic and student-centred approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to motivate and engage learners with diverse needs
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
