Medica is seeking a dynamicSpecialist Biomedical Scientistto join our growing Pathology team at our state-of-the-art hub in Runcorn.
About the Role
As our Specilaist BMS youll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality digital and glass telepathology services. Youll manage a small but mighty team drive operational excellence and collaborate across departments to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll:
Oversee lab operations including specimen reception scanning and quality control.
Lead and mentor a team of Digital Pathology Assistants.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards ( 9001).
Troubleshoot lab issues and manage client queries.
Contribute to exciting projects including AI integration and wet-lab expansion.
