Solutions Consultant

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 50% office attendance)
Team: Strategic Account Success

As a Technical Sales Consultant youll work directly with enterprise clients from pre-sale through to successful delivery. You will take ownership of your own projects translating client requirements into technical solutions designing and implementing integrations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Youll act as a trusted subject matter expert and collaborate closely with colleagues across Creditsafe.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into documented technical specifications.
• Design build and deliver bespoke solutions using Python automation tools and cloud-based storage such as S3.
• Lead technical implementations including API integrations SFTP file delivery and workflow automation.
• Provide pre-sales technical support advising on solution design and feasibility.
• Review existing client implementations identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
• Contribute to technical best practice documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the Business Analyst and other team members to drive successful client outcomes.

• Strong coding ability in Python with experience of automation data pipelines or integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs SFTP and cloud storage.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects independently from scoping to delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing discussions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with adaptability and attention to detail.
