Job Summary
We are working with a leading law firm as they seek to recruit a Data & Cyber Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 13 years PQE who is interested in developing their career within a specialist and rapidly evolving area of law. The successful candidate will advise an impressive client base on a broad range of data protection privacy and cyber security matters.
Advise major national and international clients on complex data protection privacy and cyber security matters.
Work with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border projects and regulatory issues.

As Data & Cyber Solicitor you will be involved in:
- Advising on data protection privacy and cyber security matters
- Supporting clients with UK GDPR compliance and data governance
- Drafting privacy notices policies and data processing agreements
- Supporting clients with data breaches and cyber incidents
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 13 years PQE as a solicitor
- A strong interest in data privacy and cyber security
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication and client management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
