The Role
As a Solar & EV Delivery Advisor you will possess a strong drive to deliveran excellent customer outcome whilst balancing commercial needs. This will be a role that ensures we deliver technically sound and compliant Solar & Battery and EV Charger installations to our customers. Interpreting survey data from customers as well as our partners or liaising with customers you will be responsible for creating final designs and managing the logistics for a customer to ensure a smooth and successful install experience.

What youll be getting up to in this role:
  • To deliver world class customer service maintaining the highest level of quality.

  • Interpret survey data from our partners or liaise with customers to understand their property details.

  • Creating final quotes for customers

  • Responsible for creating Installation briefs for our installer network detailing the requirements of the installation and identifying/raising any issues or unusual circumstances to our installers.

  • Create relevant applications to the Distribution Network Operator.

  • Providing excellent technical advice you will respond to queries via phone and email

  • Ensure installations are completed successfully customers are satisfied and any issues are resolved or escalated.

  • Own and resolve queries from customers and 3rd parties.

  • Ensure customers are communicated to and updated on all the key elements of their installation journey.

  • Work within the team to meet individual and joint sales targets.

  • Responsible for pricing accuracy margin protection and ensuring installs are delivered right first time.

  • Organised use of CRM platforms to drive business performance.

  • Proactive support/ management of onsite issues including kit deliveries and technical issues.

  • Supporting Purchasing Order (PO) management

  • Supporting Sales Order (SO) management

  • Supporting invoice management

  • Supporting month end financial checks and reporting

Youre a great match if:
  • An understanding of renewable energy systems including EV Chargers and Solar PV and Battery and managing the installation of EV Chargers Solar PV inverters and batteries in domestic customer properties.

  • Taking survey data / photos and developing final EV Charger designs for customers.

  • Youll be customer-obsessed and ensure you deliver a great customer experience every time

  • The ability to work under pressure whilst removing non-essential obstacles which would prevent success

  • The ability to deal with ambiguity and solving problems on the fly

  • Outstanding organisational skills

  • IT literate

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
