Site Manager Exeter Region (Based in Yeovil BA21)

What youll be doing:
- Owning the build programme planning progress and problem-solving
- Setting the standard for quality safety and compliance on site
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors and labour
- Being the first point of contact for customers inspectors and your team
- Delivering pre-completion inspections that leave nothing to chance
What youll bring:
- Proven Site Manager experience on new build residential sites start to finish
- SMSTS and First Aid certified
- A full driving licence
- Sharp people skills sharper attention to detail
