Our client is seeking a professional hands-on Site Manager to take immediate responsibility for campus maintenance and facilities logistics. Working alongside the Premises Manager and School Business Manager you will oversee caretaking shift rotations manage contractor access permits calibrate building environmental systems and maintain flawless compliance records for fire water and asbestos safety.

• Proven experience in a school site manager caretaker supervisor or commercial facilities role

• Strong practical skills across general property maintenance (plumbing joinery basic electrics)

• Confident IT literacy with experience using digital facilities helpdesk and ticket tracking software
