Site Maintenance Gas Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality Passion Trustworthiness Excellence Stewardship KindnessCheck on list of jobs assigned at agreed times and carry them outConnect sited accommodation both water drains and LPG gas (supplied via bottle or underground propane system)Take on any urgent short-notice jobs without major impact on job schedule and cover call outs if any reported faults then repair them to a high standard sourcing any parts required and recording action takenCarry out fault-finding in a mixture of settingsTransporting tools parts and stock around the park using a company vehicleBe a friendly face of the company when talking to guests owners and holidaymakersBe able to complete other maintenance tasks on a daily basis i.e. accommodation repairs like small plumbing and small electric issues and general handyman duties. This is a requirement for this position due to the nature of our environment and our holiday park settingAdhere to manufacturers regulations and guidelines when repairing or servicing equipmentProvide information to allow records to be updatedExperience/Skills Required:Fully qualified Gas Safe engineer (LPG would advantageous)Undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairsGood organisational & planning skillsMethodical approach with good attention to detailDriver with clean licencePrevious experience in repair and maintenanceSkilled handyperson
