We are hiring for our client a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to take on a technically varied role across roads drainage utilities and site development projects.
The successful Site Engineer will provide technical and supervisory support working closely with Contracts Managers Site Foremen and statutory bodies to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

Carry out setting out levelling and surveying using total stations GPS and site levels
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure design compliance
Monitor progress coordinate subcontractors and support measurement of works
Ensure strict compliance with SHEQ systems method statements and site inductions
Liaise with clients engineers and statutory agencies including NI Water and NIE
The Person:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
2 years site engineering experience in civil/groundworks (roads drainage utilities preferred)
Proficient in surveying equipment AutoCAD and MS Office
Strong organisational communication and problem-solving skills
Valid CSR card (essential) and full driving licence
