As a Shutdown Planner within the Maintenance & Reliability team youll work across multiple functions to develop integrated shutdown schedules coordinate resources and contractors manage critical path activities and drive continuous improvement in shutdown performance. This is a Mon-Fri days position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and optimise shutdown schedules coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure safe and successful execution.
• Consolidate maintenance engineering validation and production activities into a single achievable shutdown plan.
• Identify critical path activities resource requirements risks and dependencies to maximise work completion and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate materials spare parts contractors and external services to ensure full readiness ahead of shutdown execution.
• Lead planning and execution meetings monitor progress against plan and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery.
• Conduct post-shutdown reviews capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements to enhance future performance.

Knowledge skills and experience:

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing engineering pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Strong project management expertise with experience managing multiple overlapping schedules and turnaround activities.
• Sound technical understanding of maintenance activities plant equipment contractor management and permit-to-work systems.
• Experience using SAP MS Project or equivalent planning tools.
