Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Operations this role you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of daily shift operations in a cost-effective safe and productive manner. You will oversee team performance monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that customer expectations and budgetary service levels are consistently achieved.

This role operates a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 6am to 6am.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role you will:

• Lead and manage daily warehouse shift operations to ensure the efficient receipt storage and dispatch of goods in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.

• Drive team performance and resource optimization by coaching team members managing schedules and monitoring KPIs to improve operational efficiency and control costs.

• Ensure strict compliance with health safety and security standards through regular workspace inspections equipment maintenance tracking and adherence to company protocols.

What Youll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing a team within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics distribution environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) Microsoft Office and standard warehouse health safety and security regulations.

• Demonstrated ability in leadership and problem-solving with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to maintain high on-site employee engagement.

• Ability to muli-task and respond to situations quickly
