Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our growing this role you will design develop and implement innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform across a range of modules delivering impactful outcomes for our public sector and government clients. Due to the sensitive nature of the environments you will be working in candidates must hold an active Security Check (SC) clearance.

Working closely with business analysts solution architects and key stakeholders you will translate business requirements into robust scalable ServiceNow solutions. Your work will play a key role in driving operational efficiency automating business processes and enhancing service delivery across client organisations while ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and organisational standards.

Requirements

8 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong experience developing across multiple ServiceNow modules

Advanced knowledge of:

o JavaScript

o Glide API

o Business Rules

o Client Scripts

o UI Actions

o Script Includes

o Flow Designer

Strong experience with core ITSM processes including Incident Problem Change Request and CMDB

Proven experience building integrations using REST APIs SOAP Integration Hub and MID Server

Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow AIOps solutions including Event Management event correlation intelligent alerting operational automation and observability integrations to improve IT operations and service resilience

Experience with Update Sets Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Instance Cloning

Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and ServiceNow best practices

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

8 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer delivering solutions across multiple platform modules. Hands-on experience with ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request and CMDB. Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Integration Hub and MID Server. Knowledge of Update Sets Automated Test Framework (ATF) and instance cloning. Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and ServiceNow workflow design. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex platform issues. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
