THE OPPORTUNITY
Youll be joining an established dealership operation where the Service Advisor plays an important part in the customer experience and the smooth running of the workshop.
The package includes:
- basic salary
- Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of 38000
- Monday-Friday working with Saturdays on a rota basis
- A customer-focused dealership environment

- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is important as youll already need to understand the pace of an aftersales environment and how to keep customers Technicians and the wider team moving.
- Manage customer bookings and make sure expectations are clear from the start
- Welcome customers and understand their servicing repair and vehicle requirements
- Liaise closely with Technicians and the workshop throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress costs and timescales
- Prepare job cards estimates and invoices accurately
- Discuss servicing and repair requirements and identify appropriate additional work
- Make sure vehicles are ready for collection when promised
- Help deliver a smooth professional customer experience from booking through to collection
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Youll need:
- Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Confidence discussing vehicle repairs costs and timescales with customers
- A good understanding of workshop and aftersales processes
- The ability to manage multiple jobs while keeping communication clear
- A positive professional approach to customer service
- A full UK driving licence
- Main dealership experience
- Experience working with manufacturer systems and processes
- Experience with service plans or additional sales
- Experience working closely with a busy workshop
