Service Advisor

The Role

As a Service Advisor youll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle buying journey from their initial enquiry through to handover. Youll take the time to understand each customers needs recommend the right vehicle and finance solutions and deliver an outstanding level of customer service throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Delivering engaging vehicle presentations and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Promoting finance insurance and additional products where appropriate.
• Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieving agreed sales and performance targets.
• Ensuring all sales administration and compliance requirements are completed accurately.

What Were Looking For

To be successful in this role youll have:

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional positive and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• A full UK driving licence.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am 12:30pm (paid at time and a half)
