About the role
Joining us as a Senior Support Worker youll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team ensuring high-quality person-centred support is delivered consistently.
Youll lead by example provide coaching and guidance through supervisions observations and 1:1 support and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
You will need to be able to use your own computer and tablet/phone to a comfortable level to use the online systems and apps which provide your rota service details and payslips. If you are not an avid technology user dont worry; all training will be given.

What were looking for
- Minimum 1 years experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- Passion for empowering people
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends bank holidays and sleep-ins on a rota
