Senior Shipping Lead

As a member of the Shipping Team you will be responsible for the accurate shipment of goods to our customers all over the world.

• Salary up to 35000 per annum.
• Provide support to the team leader and administration team managing a high volume of domestic and export shipments
• Manage customer orders post packing through to delivery liaising with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements resolve enquiries and ensure an excellent service
• Maintain accurate customer product and transactional data within the ERP system
• Prepare and verify export and customs documentation ensuring full compliance with current regulations and required timescales
• Be aware of and prepare for incoming regulation changes for both origin and destination requirements
• Produce export-related paperwork including Chamber of Commerce declarations supplier declarations and support attestations
• Coordinate transport bookings calculate pallet requirements and work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely collections and deliveries
• Communicate production requirements order updates and schedule changes across departments to support efficient operations
• Create and maintain product data and technical information ensuring accuracy across internal systems and customer documentation
• Investigate and resolve product labelling delivery and administrative queries from customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports analysis and operational information for management maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Draft professional correspondence emails and documentation and participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all administrative operational and compliance activities are completed accurately efficiently and in line with company procedures
