Rate: 160170 per day
A secondary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced Senior Science Technician to join its technical team on an ASAP basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting practical teaching across the Science Department with responsibility for equipment resources preparation areas and laboratory safety.
Youll work alongside the Science teaching team to:
Prepare practical experiments and demonstrations
Set up equipment before lessons
Support practical activities in Biology Chemistry and Physics
Maintain scientific equipment
Manage chemicals and consumables safely
Monitor stock and organise purchasing
Keep prep rooms and laboratories in excellent condition
Maintain health & safety and equipment records
Assist with the organisation and development of the technician team
Were looking for someone with solid secondary school Science Technician experience who is ready to take on a senior-level position.
Youll need to be practical proactive and well organised with the confidence to manage the technical requirements of a busy Science Department.
Previous responsibility for supervising or supporting other technicians would be an advantage.
ASAP 160170 per day 8am4pm Full-time Temporary to Permanent
