What Youll Do:
- Deployed Performance - own radar performance for systems in the field. Diagnose RF detection and tracking problems on live deployments and turn what you find into concrete fixes.
- Tuning & Calibration - calibrate configure and tune radar modes for the environments we operate in and become the expert on how our products behave in the real world.
- Performance Analysis - characterise detection tracking and false-alarm performance against truth data. Quantify what the system does and find where it falls short.
- Field Testing - plan and lead test campaigns and data collections then analyse the results and turn the findings into product improvements.
- Tooling & Enablement - build the tooling diagnostics and playbooks that let Mission team engineers independently deploy tune and troubleshoot in the field using AI coding tools to build and ship faster than a team your size otherwise could.
- Systems Engineering - contribute to requirements specifications and acceptance criteria across both sides of the V grounded in what youve seen deployed.
