Senior Project Manager

Contract type: 6-months FTC

Lead game-changing projects that directly shape Novacyts future. Youll own complex high-visibility programmes from New Product Introduction to strategic partnerships working directly with Executive Leadership and external collaborators on initiatives that drive real business impact.

This isnt just project management its strategic delivery at the highest level.

Youll take full ownership of Novacyts most complex projects and programmes. Working across scientific operational regulatory and commercial teams youll turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction from development through manufacturing and commercial readiness
• Deliver Executive Leadership Team-sponsored initiatives including business transformation and M&A integration
• Manage major external collaborations and strategic partnerships
• Drive stage-gate deliverables including DHF verification & validation and regulatory submissions
• Maintain project governance RAID management and financial oversight
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear project insight and recommendations
• Mentor junior Project Managers and develop project management capability

Youll bring significant experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects with a proven track record of delivery.

• Strong project and programme management experience
• Experience delivering high-visibility projects involving Executive Leadership or Board-level stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of project governance planning risk management and change control
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Commercial awareness and sound business judgement
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Recognised Project Management qualification - PRINCE2 APM or similar
• Strong IT capability including MS Project Excel and PowerPoint

Experience within regulated science-led or product development environments:

Diagnostics IVD Medical Devices Biotechnology Pharmaceutical Advanced Engineering

Were particularly interested in candidates with experience of NPI product development technology transfer regulatory-driven projects strategic partnerships M&A integration or business transformation.
