Senior Product Manager Risk & Control Governance

You will help create the governance foundation that allows Fraud AML KYC Screening Product Compliance and other risk teams to build and improve controls quickly while maintaining clear oversight accountability and control effectiveness.

Your key areas of ownership will include:

• Data governance: Clear ownership lineage quality metadata and monitoring for data and features used in risk assessments.

• Control assurance: Continuous validation that the right triggers data rules models and outcomes are operating as intended.

• Auditability and explainability: Complete change histories approval records decision lineage and audit evidence.

• Governance analytics: Dashboards for control performance risk coverage Key Risk Indicators and governance health.

• Regulatory readiness: Consistent reporting evidence and governance standards across products regions and risk domains.

You will set product KPIs own the roadmap and work closely with Engineering Data Science Risk Compliance Product Compliance and Internal Audit.

You will translate complex regulatory operational and technical requirements into scalable platform products while keeping governance simple and efficient for users.

Qualifications :

Our Expectations

• 3 years of product management experience.

• Experience building platform governance compliance risk or B2B SaaS products.

• Experience managing technical products from strategy through delivery and adoption.

• Strong analytical communication prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of regulated markets compliance audit or risk management.

• Familiarity with data governance concepts such as quality lineage ownership metadata and data contracts.

Good to Haves

• Experience in Fraud AML KYC Screening Transaction Monitoring or RegTech.

• Experience with control assurance audit tooling decisioning systems rules platforms or machine learning governance.

• Background in financial services payments fintech or another regulated industry.

• Experience building products used by multiple teams at scale.
