- Coordinate workshop logistics stores purchasing and certification activities to support operational demands
- Liaise with Operational Supervisors to ensure equipment and resources are available when required
- Support procurement activities and work with suppliers to achieve best value and service
- Manage inventory levels stock control stocktaking and cycle counting activities
- Maintain and improve maintenance stores and purchasing procedures
- Promote collaboration and resource sharing across locations and business units
- Ensure equipment is maintained serviced certified and fit for purpose
- Lead incident reporting and investigations implementing corrective actions where required
- Identify and mitigate operational safety and environmental risks
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures
- Engineering Qualification
- Computer skills (MS office AutoCAD desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience within workshop logistics stores supply chain or operational support functions
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience managing inventory procurement and equipment maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
