What youll be doing

• Leading and overseeing the delivery of medical screening activities.
• Managing and developing medical screening staff supporting training auditing and professional development.
• Conducting and reviewing clinical assessments and medical tests ensuring accurate outcomes and appropriate decision-making.
• Providing clinical expertise and advice liaising with doctors and healthcare professionals as required.
• Maintaining high standards of clinical governance patient care infection control and safe working practices.
• Coordinating medical resources equipment and clinic operations to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery.

What were looking for

Essential

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with no restrictions sanctions or pending hearings.

• Experience within health screening occupational health primary care military healthcare or another clinical assessment environment.

• An understanding of clinical testing equipment

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues doctors and healthcare professionals

• Ability to prioritise workload make sound clinical decisions and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Teams Word and Excel.

Desirable

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
