Senior Media Officer
Job Summary
About the Role
As a Senior Media Officer you will:
Have media relations expertise and be confident handling of proactive and reactive press office activity.
Have strong copywriting skills and be adept at drafting sharp accurate media statements press releases and media briefings.
Be able to build relationships and cultivate trusted connections with journalists and stakeholders.
Be able to quickly identify risks opportunities and emerging stories.
Be confident in managing multiple deadlines campaigns and media moments at speed and with precision.
About You
Have strong experience in media relations and working in a press office.
Are a confident writer who can produce clear press releases statements and briefings.
Build strong relationships with journalists senior colleagues and external stakeholders.
Are proactive organised and quick to spot media opportunities and risks.
Are passionate about influencing public debate and sharing the experiences and priorities of NHS Alliance members.
