Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong National Security (NatSec) experience to support complex mission-critical digital transformation programmes.
Youll work with customers users Product Owners and multidisciplinary teams to understand problems define business and user needs and translate them into clear requirements and deliverable outcomes.
Youll be confident leading BA activities facilitating workshops managing senior stakeholders and working throughout the software development lifecycle.
Lead Business Analysis across complex digital programmes.
Define business problems user needs and desired outcomes.
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops with customers users and stakeholders.
Model As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Support testing and validation against business and user needs.
Manage stakeholder expectations and customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Active eDV clearance.
Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within complex digital transformation programmes.
National Security (NatSec) experience.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
Requirements gathering analysis and documentation.
User stories acceptance criteria and process modelling.
Agile delivery experience including Scrum Lean or Kanban.
Experience supporting Product Owners and product backlogs.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Understanding of UK Government digital transformation and service standards.
Required Skills:
Requirements Strong demonstrable Business Analysis experience ideally at Senior BA level within complex digital transformation programmes. National Security (NatSec) experience. Active eDV clearance essential for this role. Ability to work onsite in Cheltenham London or Milton Keynes. Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience. Gathering analysing and documenting business and user requirements. Functional and non-functional requirements. User stories and acceptance criteria.
