A leading law firm is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join its Birmingham Corporate team handling high-quality M&A private equity joint ventures and group restructurings.
The team advises regional national and international clients across sectors including engineering aerospace defence life sciences technology and real estate.
Strong corporate law experience particularly M&A and/or private equity.
