Key Account Manager

Were looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Success team taking ownership of a portfolio of around 40 clients across our Tier 3-4 customer base.

Youll become a trusted advisor helping customers maximise the value of their investment in ANS while identifying opportunities to support growth reduce risk and drive long-term success.

What youll be doing..

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders influencers and decision-makers
• Leading commercial reviews QBRs and strategic planning conversations
• Driving retention renewals and customer satisfaction
• Identifying meaningful upsell and cross-sell opportunities across cloud data AI security and managed services
• Creating and executing account plans to support customer growth
• Working closely with Pre-Sales Service Management and Managed Services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point when customers need support

What were looking for..

Youll have experience in a client-facing Account Management Customer Success or commercial role with a proven track record of:

Retaining and growing B2B customer accounts

Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

Leading commercial and renewal conversations

Consistently achieving sales and retention targets

Solution selling within technology managed services cloud data or AI environments

Were looking for someone who is commercially driven but always puts the customer first. Someone who asks great questions thinks strategically challenges constructively and genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed.
