The Role

As a SEND TA you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and smallgroup support to pupils with SEND

• Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility

• Work closely with the SENCO class teachers and wider support team

• Build strong positive relationships with pupils

• Support behaviour engagement and confidence in the classroom

• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

This SEND TA role requires someone who is calm patient proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Previous experience in a SEND TA role or similar support capacity is essential.
