• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.

• Develop personalised learning objectives and monitor progress.

• Use appropriate strategies to support communication engagement and independence.

• Establish consistent routines and positive behaviour approaches.

• Work alongside teaching assistants therapists and other professionals where applicable.

• Build supportive relationships with pupils and their families.

• Holds QTS or the relevant teaching qualifications required for the role.

• Has experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.

• Understands adaptive teaching and individualised learning.

• Demonstrates patience resilience and strong communication skills.

• Can promote independence confidence and positive learning experiences.

• Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
