A co-educational secondary school in Crayford is seeking an organised Science Technician to join its Science Department immediately. The role involves preparing practical activities maintaining equipment and supporting teachers across the full secondary Science curriculum.

• Prepare lessons: Set up practical equipment chemicals and other resources ahead of lessons.

• Support all sciences: Assist with Biology Chemistry and Physics practical activities.

• Maintain equipment: Clean check and safely store apparatus after use.

• Manage laboratory stock: Monitor consumables and maintain accurate inventories.

• Assist with practical demonstrations: Provide technical support to teachers when required.

• Maintain safe working areas: Ensure laboratories and preparation spaces meet school standards.

• Relevant experience: Previous Science Technician or laboratory experience is desirable.

• Practical approach: Enjoys working with scientific equipment and resources.
