The role would suit an organised individual with laboratory scientific technical or educational experience.
Prepare equipment and materials for practical science lessons.
Set up experiments and demonstrations according to departmental requirements.
Maintain and organise laboratory equipment.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Store chemicals and scientific materials safely.
Follow COSHH and school health and safety procedures.
Maintain clean and organised laboratory spaces.
Support teachers during practical activities.
Carry out routine checks of scientific equipment.
Maintain accurate stock and equipment records.
Previous laboratory science or technical experience.
