Wayman Education is recruiting a welcoming and professional School Receptionist for a primary school in Coventry. This role would suit a candidate who enjoys working with people can manage a busy reception and understands the importance of confidentiality in an educational setting.
The school aims to provide a welcoming environment for pupils families staff and visitors supported by an organised and approachable front office.
Welcome visitors and manage sign-in procedures.
Answer telephone calls monitor emails and direct enquiries appropriately.
Provide administrative support to the school office and leadership team.
Maintain accurate records and assist with correspondence.
Follow safeguarding visitor-management and confidentiality procedures.
Has reception customer service or school office experience.
Communicates clearly and remains professional in a busy environment.
Is confident using email Word and basic office systems.
Can manage interruptions and prioritise tasks effectively.
Understands the importance of safeguarding and data confidentiality.
