Scheduling Administrator (Part-Time)

What youll be doing: 

• Accurately schedule and roster employees ensuring full coverage across sites at all times 
• Respond quickly to absences changes and last-minute requests keeping operations running smoothly 
• Act as a first point of contact for workforce queries providing support to employees and stakeholders 
• Maintain accurate records within the WFM system ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable 
• Support the management of on-call and escalation processes to resolve scheduling issues 
• Help ensure all personnel are correctly trained and compliant with licensing requirements 
• Monitor and improve rostering accuracy helping reduce payroll queries and errors 
• Proactively identify gaps in coverage and support solutions to address them 
• Assist with temp and ad-hoc work allocation ensuring client needs are met efficiently 
• Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data input and query resolution 
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations 
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement efficiency and high standards

Qualifications :

What youll bring: 

• Good IT skills and experience working with systems or the ability to learn new ways of working at pace (WFM experience a plus)  
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities  
• A proactive and flexible approach  
• The confidence to manage competing priorities 
• Ability to utilise MS Packages Outlook etc. 
• 5-year Checkable Employment history with no gaps or the ability to cover any gaps in employment. 
• Right to Work in the UK.
