Job Summary

Tasks

  • Supporting schedule and risk management activities across ESA projects and programmes;
  • Developing maintaining and analysing project schedules milestones and performance metrics;
  • Monitoring project progress and identify schedule risks issues and mitigation actions;
  • Preparing reports dashboards and schedule performance analyses;
  • Supporting project reviews planning activities and stakeholder coordination;
  • Maintaining scheduling tools processes and documentation;
  • Contributing to process improvements training and best-practice implementation;
  • Supporting project teams in delivering projects on schedule and in line with programme objectives.

 


    Qualifications :

    Experience 

    • Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering Project Management Business Administration or a related field;
    • At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling planning project control or a related discipline;
    • Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools;
    • Strong analytical and organisational skills;
    • Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team in an international multicultural environment;
    • Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-focused communication skills;
    • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
